This lady running for Senate in Minnesota seems really smart, definitely the most well spoken, and put together of the Dem Senate candidates I have seen on this year's series of debates. and the guy running against her is a z-grade congressgar...he's babbling about a line item veto.

Amy Klobuchar, tho, I FUH

She wasn't bad from what I saw, which wasn't much, cause the GOP schmuck just kept mumbling about spending restraint.

Michael Steele's new ad is another good one. He lays it on Democrats AND Republicans.

yeah she wasn't that bad.

in my single days, i had an open rule about being willing to nail any female senator just for the influence on policy. including senator clinton when she was first lady.

i would have tagged it.

i have turned into monty. i have been overserved. someone euthanize me.

My buddy Matt has a standing "If they're on TV you gotta" rule, including, yes, Bea Arthur and Whoopi Goldberg.

And Bob, she had some kind of hot nerd bitch thing going...like Holly Anderson in 9th grade

Hope she wins, though, she seemed like she was actually formulating arguments and talking about issues from a bank of knowledge, not parroting talking points.

I got real tired, however, of the contunual "I know about real people, like my friend (insert stock name) in (stock poor town) who works in a coal mine 13 days a week for 45 cents an hour... tell HIM why you won't cut tax breaks for the blah blah" etc. She pulled that shit like 3 times.

Pandering.

And I wouldn't hit that with Your dick, Loog. Take off the beer gogles.

I flipped over to Schieffer at 10:30--no interest in those people, plus Bob had Sam Nunn on.

Christ, I wish Sam was the fucking president.
