Any must spots non-too-touristy ones to hit while there?

I don't got any boots and I gave my old Stetson to a friend who still plays in a band. But, I got me plenty of them bandanas.

In addition to the stuff you'll find in those threads, there is a new arts district that has popped up in the last 6 months and sealed its place when TAG moved into the space.
