I was wading through crates of old paperwork and happened upon a voucher for two free tickets to Disneyland and a free buffet at Club 33. This exclusive club has an eight year waiting list to join (it was originally envisioned as a place where Walt could mingle with other VIP's, but he died before its' inception). I was there with an ex in 1994 and we were accused of stealing some meaningless Club 33 pin, security was called and we were ultimately vindicated of any wrong-doing, but my gf's best friend (I was dating women back then) was the daughter of a top notch lawyer for Disney and she raised quite a shit storm about it and I got comped free shit. Granted 12 year old passes and the like, but anyone been to this club? Best NY Steak ever and great view of the Mainstreet Jamboree. or whatever it was called. Light parade? I forget.

I've never even heard of it -- where is it? And next time you're down, take me!

Never been in it. I could use anopther trip to Disneyland it's been almost 7 years after going maybe 20 times in a 14 month span in 95-96 when I had a pass.

I wanna go too. I'm gonna start planning a trip.

Disneyland is so very silly. Like Sesame Street designed by Rommel or something.

I fucking hated Magic Kingdom in Orlando, but I was incredibly stoned on dramamine. I took one too many pills of the type that cause drowsiness.
I have no interest in ever stepping foot in a Disney resort unless it is for my future offspring.

I love Disneyland, though have never been to a Disney resort. That's a different type of kingdom. I'll stick to the original.

i booked through costco for my weekend. with 4 friends. and we got a great deal at a hotel like right at the entrance. it was marvelous.

Now I guess there is a rumour that Tom Sawyer island is gonna be turned into an extention of Pirates.
