Clearly, y'all love to drink.

VODKA: Stoli, Belvedere, or Absolut. I personally think Smirnoff is shit.

WHISKEY: Crowne Royale, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels. I might be wrong on what JD is classified as, though.

RUM: Captain Morgan or Appleton jamaican Rum, home-made moonshine is always awesome.

SCOTCH: Johnny Walker anything, but more specifically Black and Green labels.

I heard great things about Irish whiskey. Especially Tullamore Dew. Do they sell it in North America?

Yeah, plenty of places. TD is probably 3rd easiest to find, next to Bushmills and Jameson, both of which I'm totally over.

Forgot about beer. Only beer brands I can tolerate are moosehead lagers and Alex Keith's.

Scotch: glenmorangie or balvenie

Vodka: right now Svedka has been the best for the cheapest.

as far as Whiskey, my old bartender got me into Tullamore Dew, but I rarely drink it unless I'm doing shots.

Beer: depends on the mood I'm in, but High Life, the Dogfish 60 Minute Ale, and Sammy Smith's Lager would probably be the perennials.

Gin: Tanqueray 10

Bourbon: Blantons

Wine: Cabs, Shiraz/Syrah, Pinot Noir

I'm really not much into the spirits anymore, and when I do imbibe it's not very good:

Gin: Tanqueray
Vodka: Silent Sam
Irish W: Jameson
Bourbon et al: Jack Daniels
Rye: Alberta Springs
Beer: Big Rock Traditional Ale (here), Labatt's 50 (Ontario)

Whiskey : tullamore dew
Gin : bombay sapphire, tanqueray 10
vodka : as long as it comes in the bloody mary
scotch: glenfiddich

beer: i'm generous with what i'll pour down my gullet, but my two favorite breweries are Great Lakes and Bells. Colin has introduced me to Real Ale, MacTarnahan's, and Bridgeport. I also love PBR. I am a heathen.

no one has mentioned tequila: El Tesoro de Don Phillipe, Cazadores, Patron XO Cafe, El Jimador, etc...

All I know is that Stella Artois has made a huge comeback here in the states and they are marketing it everywhere. A year or two ago you couldn't find it anywhere except the classy bars that only have a few imports on tap. Now it is at every freaking bar I go to.
I wouldn't consider it to be great, but it comes in a classy glass and taste as good as Heineken does. I usually drink it now because it is the only beer of its style that is available at the bars I go to.
I believe it has become the hipster European beer.

to be fair, high life doesn't taste great either. But sometimes you just wanna drink a lot of cheap beer. the good thing about high life is you can have like 12 before you start to even feel it.

not PBR though. that shit is gross.
