Sleep deprivation is not good.

I haven't caught up on my sleep since returning from vacation and feel that I'm gonna keel over on my keyboard at any moment. I'm fairly certain that if I closed my eyes while sitting at my desk, I'd look like a female version of Homer Simpson drooling. Not good.

I'm going home early today -- you ain't stopping me.

I know what you mean, T.... is it stress, you think? It is with me.... I finally passed out around 8:45 last night and slept straight through the night. It was good to sleep for a change.

is it becacuse 2 jackhammers directly outside your window have been waking you up every day at 7am for the last 3 months? if so, we have a lot in common.

I haven't gotten any good sleep for 3 days now...the doctor has now prescribed narcotics.

Tired too. I've been getting up at 5:30 in the AM to work out before work for about a month now and it's starting to wear. Especially when you work til 10:00 PM like I did last night.

Nope, not stress. I am finally feeling a lot less stressed these days. I think it's just my body's way of telling me I need to get more sleep tonight.
