There was only one thing wrong. I didn't file for bankruptcy. Then I decided I might want to closely read the documents and figure out who stole my identity or who the hell was actually suing me.

Then I noticed I was the Creditor on the claim forms! So I flip to page two and there are seven corporations listed as debtors, including Tower Records, L.L.C.

Looks like it's time to file a claim on existing records on consignment...

Spade, I get those forms in the mail from time to time and am always relieved to either A. Not be mentioned at all, or B. at the most only have the poor bastards owing me a couple hundred bucks.
