generally it not only involves taking off the empty roll and putting a new one on, but may also include the expended energy on GOING TO ANOTHER ROOM TO GET SAID REFILL. f that

Ice cube tray. I hate walking slowly, careful not to spill any water.

how far could you possibly have to walk from filling the ice cube tray to putting it in the freezer? how big are your kitchens?

I love my icemaker and my TP container that sits next to the toilet.

Yeah, this is such a no contest for me. I'm the laziest sentient being in the galaxy, but I don't mind replacing the TP for my bunghole at all. But ice cube tray filling SUCKS.

People who don't replace the TP annoy the shit out of me. Or worse yet, getting out a new roll and just leaving it on top of the toilet.

In the dark days before I had an ice maker, I was always partial to just picking up a bag of ice and working out of it for a couple weeks.

When you need TP and there is none handy, you can always go get another roll. BUT WHEN SOMEBODY TAKES THE LAST DAMN ICE CUBE and DOESN'T REFILL IT, YOU HAVE TO WAIT HOURS FOR THAT MUTHAFUNKA TO FREEZE.

So I voted ice cube tray.

ice cube tray, though it is annoying when you have to go get more tp from another room.

I haven't filled (nor used) an ice cube tray in years.

agreed. trying to fill all the little areas of it evenly, etc.

Although I would add "the frickin' brita filter" to that too.
I'm the only one in my house who refills it.

Finally, a worthwhile poll!

Nothing worse than waking up with the dog at 5am and with a slight hangover only to find that the cold water pitcher isn't filled.

That said, I don't do either of the polled questions, because I am the worst roommate known to man. And an even WORSE houseguest, if you can possibly believe that.

This is a smother-worthy offense.

The ice cube tray because that thing is always spilling water as you balance it to set it in the freezer and accidently sit it on a pack of hot dogs so it becomes uneven and pours water everywhere.

Toilet paper on the other hand is soft and dry.

I actually kinda like refilling the ice cube tray; I find it fun to walk across the room all slowly making sure not to spill it.

Conversely, I hate refilling the tp. No logical reason really, but I can barely bring myself to do it, and usually just leave it on top of the toilet.
