I'm about to lose it. Normally it's frigid in my room, to the point of frost on the windows from the air conditioning. I'm always bundled up. Today, the heat is cranked, and now i'm drowsy.

I've taken off some layers, down to a short sleeve button down shirt, but i gotta keep from falling asleep. Any suggestions? I can't leave to go splash water on my face. The one window that isn't painted shut is open...

one of my coworkers fell asleep in a staff meeting yesterday. i nudged her awake. she asked me after, "i didn't snore, did i?" i was like, "yeah, just a little bit. that's why i woke you up."
