i actually haven't had mcdonald's or bk in a couple of weeks and have been trying to eat better. i think i've lost like 7 lbs and haven't even been to the gym.

Making a 24 hour drive from Chicago to SLC to play a gig but you're late cause the dj got thrown in jail over night for driving drunk and high on a suspended license and the only other food option is little debbie snack cakes, doritos, , funyuns and beef jerky while you're filling up the van because you're already past lincoln, nebraska when the drummer needs to pee, and you know damn well you won't see shit until you get to colorado, 8-9 hours later.
