I am surprised by the lack of Joanna Newsom on these lists. Thought it would be a big hit 'round these parts.

By the way, I read your post about Talk Talk on the shepherd's wake. I also discovered them recently. What albums of theirs do you have? I've just been listening to laughing stock. Maybe I just have a thing for albums with 5-6 tracks...

For Talk Talk, you need to get Spirit of Eden next. After that, you could pick up The Coulour of Spring, but none of their earlier albums are as good as their last two. I have It's My Life, and I don't really like it at all.

wow, i didnt think people actually read that! :wink: i only have the colour of spring and spirit of eden, and i really, really like the colour of spring. i have yet to listen to laughing stock, but ill get to it soon.
