It seems like every third or fourth thread I click on isn't opening. Has anyone else been experiencing this same problem???

FT this has been happening to me for weeks.

Sometimes certain threads I've even been in before suddenly don't open. It's weird.

I had problems in the past, just figured there were too many people on-line. Glad I'm not the only one and maybe it can get fixed!

i always thought it was a problem with my connection as the threads that don't open seem random, and if i come back later they do open

It's not just you. I've noticed this too recently...the curse of the obner!

I think we've found your season, Pedro.

I've had no problems. Being that I'm on a modem hookup, you'd think I'd be the first to get that sorta hiccup.

I thought it was a problem with some people's avatars being too large, and taking forever to load.

I'm not having a problem, and I have avatars turned off, so maybe.

It's avatars and images and things like that. If you disable them, you'll have no problem. Sometimes I disable to read a thread, then re-enable again.

Many of the images/avatars posted are hosted elsewhere, so any given thread will only load as fast as is permitted by the slowest site its images are being leeched from.

Yeah, a few threads take a while to load. I tried different browsers, same results.
