I'm terrible.

Went to Toronto yesterday for the first time in months and ended up buying a Daniel Johnston cd, Aislers Set cd, and Belle And Sebastian single. And a Daniel Clowes book.

Then got paid today and went on eBay and ordered something like $100 worth of comics and $30 worth of hair dye and bleach.

Christmas is basically three days away and I'm buying all this pretty much unnecessary stuff for myself.

Everyone's shopping is taken care of so at least I'm not neglecting others for myself. But it still feels like a waste.

I haven't bought anything for myself, but then again I only have one person to shop for. (Which I haven't done yet, but it's pretty much in the bag.)

I'm waiting for a few things post xmas. I picked up a few records but I'm so broke right now it went right out the door to gifts, gas, and bills.

Hopefully I get some gift cards/money so I can pick up a few goodies.

Really was hard though to NOT buy Scanner Darkly.

I've spent at least $350 at Tower the past few weeks.

edit: I guess that doesn't count since the thread title says "this week". In that case, not much of anything.

Of course this is basically my wife's gifts to me for Xmas - we bought her jewelry the week before that she wanted to wear to her Xmas party - all in all we came out about even. And we are both extraordinarily happy with our choices :)

Yeah it's a new ep. I haven't gotten it yet though, waiting on it through mail order. I guess one of the guys left the band so now it's just the two main guys from the first 2 albums and from what I've heard they've gone back to that sound which is awesome.

I'm so poor right now I've not bought an album for a month which is probably unprecedented in my adult life.

I can't afford shit for myself.

I'm usually very guilty of buying stuff for myself while out shopping. So far, the only thing I've purchased is a skirt that was on sale for $12.99. I'm trying to be super good and save myself for gift cards.

A large black bag that can double as a purse and diaper bag. I hate my diaper bag it's too bulky and bright red.

And a book.

Oh yeah, and I paid for some beauty services that I don't normally pay for(since I used to work there) but it is Xmas and I felt like giving them nice gifts.

In the process my French hairdresser misunderstood me and chopped my hair.

It's shorter then I've had it in years. Try to my chin. arrrghhhhhh
