Yes. Single has been out for awhile. They have an exclusive deal with Target to carry the album, as well as with independent record stores. The album is going to come with the ability to download 2 of 6 live shows. Originally the shows were supposed to be from their entire career, but now focus on the last few years--all of which are available to buy previously.

I'm going to see them Oct. 31st @ the Spectrum--last ever event there.

They split with Sony with their last record. This will be self-released but I think distributed by someone big.

Yeah, those Vedder shows are apparently incredible. I've gotten shut out of more than one. Probably for the better since they are pretty expensive--for a solo show. However, everyone who goes says how great they are. Did you go when Liam Finn opened?

at least 3 other shows have been advertised as the last show ever there, I wonder if they are going to have a decade long going out of business sale.

Two listens for me, and I feel the same way. Don't know what the single is, but "The Fixer" is a standout track.

That's the single. "Just Breathe" and "Amongst The Waves" are great, too.

one of my friends who's a gigantic pearl jam super fan hates this album. as a non-pj fan, that's not really a striking endorsement.
