Even a White Stripes article has to have the phrase "going forward" in it.

You can't operate a business on a "going backward" basis unless you have a time machine. Ergo, operating on a going forward basis is a silly thing to say.

Please just say "after today" or something.

I noticed the other day there were quite a few V2 releases in or around my Top Twenty of 2006.

Isobel Campbell, Peter,Bjorn and John, Acoustic Ladyland, Meligrove Band, Blood Meridian...

Obviously my recommendation in the end didn't do them much good.

i swear, yesterday was black friday in the music biz.... the 2 head cfo's of emi got canned... and something is going to happen to emi within the next month or so. v2 is kaput.
