Blonde Redhead have revealed details of their new album and confirmed a US tour to promote it.

'23' will be released on April 10, with a North American tour kicking off April 13 in Detroit. The band will also preview tracks from the album at a show at SXSW on March 14.

Recorded at Magic Shop studios in New York , '23' features 10 tracks including '23', 'The Dress'. 'Heroine' and 'Top Ranking'.

I think it's for teenagers & Americans mate. You would think they would include UK dates. I reckon that they have a newsfeed from all over the world and when they get 'news' they report 'news'.

So a simple NO UK DATES WERE REPORTED PETE post would suffice.

i think i'm one of the few people who loved "misery is a butterfly" as much as chris and am looking forward to it as much as him. i can't wait for the leak. they could really push themselves into upper-echelon indie status with a solid release this year.
