They're on each others's shows. I'm 3 minutes into the Factor and cringing my ass off.

Did he just freak out over the pronunciation of Colbert's name?

indeed he did.

I hope he's not so smug on the Colbert Report.

Missed "the Factor." Was Colbert doing his schtick the whole time, or did he actually go on as himself?

You think a lack of talent has anything to do with this?

Actually, I take that back. It's probably 30% lack of talent, and 70% being scared shitless to make a serious statement.

Yeah, lack of talent may be the wrong term. I actually think both of thses dudes are talented. But this is like when your favorite rapper produces his friend's album. Unless its D.O.C. and Dre, there's only so much to go around.

This is more artifice and pure money grabbing than pro wrestling.

Last night I had a dream where Colbert and O'Reilly formed a band and got into an argument about whether they should cover Robyn Hitchcock's "Egyptian Cream" or Richard Thompson's "Wall Of Death" as their first single. Colbert fired O'Reilly and hired Nora O'Donnell to take his place. Which I would have done, too.

Damn! Missed it. But I did see Keith Olbermann call out Bill O'Reilly (for the umpteenth time) for O'Reilly's statement about the kidnapped Shawn Hornbeck:

"The situation here for this kid looks to me to be a lot more fun than what he had under his old parents. He didn't have to go to school. He could run around and do whatever he wanted."

In conversation with Greta Van whats her name, O'Reilly spoke about the child victim before that:

"...I think when it all comes down, what's going to happen is, there was an element here that this kid liked about his circumstances. "

I liked the 30% Off at Borders sticker. And his early shot about being a sexual predator.....and that he really stole their green room microwave.

I just like how he keeps referring to Jon Stewart as a sexual predator.

The 30% off sticker over O'Reilly's face, the porno O'Reilly photo, the sexual predator slight, "if you're an act, what am I?" comment. O'Reilly was speechless at that point.

Advantage: Colbert.
