Anyone remember that show, "Puttin' on the Lips" where contestants would lip synch popular songs of the early 80s like "Let's Hear It For The Boy" and "I Can Dream About You" for cash and prizes?

MTV has had many shit video-jockeys, but all that aside, they had a great one, and they let him slip from their grasp. With this I mean, of course, Toby, the British fellow, and host of MTV Live prior to Carson Daly.

I might be wrong here - & if I am I'll eat a bug - but I think that show was called "Puttin' On The Hits" . I used to laugh at it whilst channel flippin'.

I'm fucking OLD.
