Got my paws on the proper scene release. It's a 320 rip. PM me if you're up for it.

I found this little nugget on another site earlier in the week. Some of the stuff seems overproduced and polished. I guess they can afford better producers and studio equipment now. After a couple listens, I think it sounds OK, but there's nothing that resonates with me like their previous albums. It deserves another good listen. I did really like how the first track rocked out though.

I'd love to check it out. It'll at least hopefully get "The Past and the Pending" out of my head.

I'm digging this. If Oh,Inverted World was a 10 and Chutes Too Narrow is a 9.5, this sounds like a solid 8.5. Sea Legs is one of the best songs they've ever done.

to me it sounds exactly like their other two. if you put all three on random i'd have no idea which songs were from which albums.

it didn't really hit me till after the 4th or even 5th listen, but now i'm addicted. it's totally grown on me.

Split Needles
Red Rabbits
Sea Legs
Turn On Me
Sleeping Lessons
Phantom Limb

all great tunes from these guys. i can't wait to hear this new material live.

I see some saying this isn't as immediate as their other two. Oh, Inverted World was definitely not immediate to me. It was the ultimate grower, but when it grew, boy howdy. I certainly hope this holds true for this one, too.

I freaking love this album especially the song "Sea Legs." Think I'm just a huge fan of this band and they can't do any wrong. It doesn't seem to sound like the Cure like I have read somewhere. Can't wait for its release and a decent rip.

i was the same way, but then finally came around after a few more listens......

i by no means think its their best effort, but it wasnt as bad as i originally made it out to be.
