What's the holiday? Just personal time, while you move, or some Anglo-Saxon bank closure days?

Yeah, just taking a few vacation days. No UK bank holidays until Easter.

Friday:

Dinner party. Steaks, wine, beer, guitar/music playing, and arguments over why My Morning Jacket is a better band than The Rapture and how The Departed is going to sweep the Oscars leaving Dreamgirls in it's wake.

Saturday:

Lunch with my folks followed by absolutely nothing. Maybe see a movie or rent Season 3 of The Wire.

Sunday:

Heading out to the burbs for Super Bowl party at FemDerris's boss's house who apparently will have free food and beer (from the tap) and a home theater that rival's <insert Rap star here>.

This sounds like a fine evening.

Friday: Get more booze in me as fast as humanly possible to offset the twitchy slightly hungover feel I have. There's a reason why I hate stopping after 7 glasses of wine, you wake up sober. Later on, make spaghetti and meatballs. Find a dvd to watch.

Saturday/Sunday: More exploration of the city. Probably start re-watching S1 of The Wire or S2 of The Sopranos. Maybe watch that football game.

Thanks for the invite, Derris. *FRIENDS*

Tonite: Open Nuth. Srsly. I may go so far as to order a 100 piece nugget tray from Chic-fil-a, and train the dog on how to switch DVDs out of the player so I can watch as many episodes of The Wire before falling into some kind of coma.

Tmrw: Wash, Rinse, Repeat

Sunday: Super GAR sunday. Watch a game I don't care about with people I don't like and very little booze.

Greatest game to play while drinking ever. Any game that can be played while holding a beer is timeless.

I'm all the way through the H's in alphabetizing my cd's. I hope to get through the M's. This has been a great way to find stuff to list on Lala.
