Let's have a comprehensive list.

I can only think of two:

The Good, The Bad & The Queen, from The Good, The Bad & The Queen by The Good, The Bad & The Queen
and
Harmonium, from Harmonium, by Harmonium.

Is there a band called Self-Titled?

If not, there shouldn't be.
