Took a skull-to-skull hit playing basketball tonight. I don't have any amnesia nor was I unconscious at all. I don't think my vision has any disturbances and my ears aren't ringing and I haven't vomited at all (took place over an hour ago). So I think I'm ok. Is there anything else I should be looking for?

Nausea and marked drowsiness along with a chronic dull pain in your head is a pretty common sign.

I would say you're ok... in my experience, people with concussions usually have short-term memory loss, feel very lethargic and tired and nauseous. Sounds like you don't have any of those symptoms. But I'm not a medical professional either, so take that with a grain of salt.

I should have. The other team played dirty as hell, we got some really bad calls against us, and we lost by one f'in point! I got whacked on the nose a couple times on offense and yet no whistles.

Make sure your pupils are the same size, now and before you go to bed. Maybe have someone wake you up after a few hours, ask you how you feel. Sounds like you're likely ok, but sometimes they're slow little bleeders.
