Does anybody sell cds/dvds/books on this site? If so, how often are your items purchased?

It seems better to me than ebay (finite listing time, insertion fee) or Amazon shops (.99 fee plus percentage of sale price). Half.com takes 15% of sale price--at least things under $25, I think--but has no insertion fee and I can keep shit up there indefinitely.

I sell alot of stuff there. One thing that I really dont like is that they pay a flat fee for shipping (like $2.09?) but charge a dollar more than that...as if taking 15% of selling price wasnt enough.

I've sold all kinds of things on there. If it doesn't sell pretty quick, someone probably listed it at a lower price than you, so yours won't sell first. At half.com, the sellers are competing to sell, where as with ebay, the buyers are bidding to win.

The few times I've listed stuff, I do so both at Half and Amazon. They usually sell at Amazon first. I still generally find more stuff to buy at Amazon - Half's search engine turns up too much stuff unrelated to what I want, and I'm guessing I'm not the only one.

EDIT: nevermind.

I need to start selling stuff either there or on Amazon. I'm lazy so I've been taking used CDs to records stores for trade-ins. Seems like they've been getting cheaper about buying stuff lately, though, so that has to stop.
