Yes it is.

EDIT: Their menu reads...
"Our food is made with 100% love. No protein or nutrients, just love."

If that ain't "Down-Home" I don't know what is...
But yes, it is bacon gease.

I ate really good biscuits and gravy in Ohio of all places. It was at a truck stop, so maybe that had something to do with it. They spare no calories at truck stops.

There aren't any good biscuits or gravy around here that I know of. It's a bit disheartening.
