in the fine words of fugazi, i am sitting in the waiting room. this one just happens to be a virtual waiting room for lolla presale tickets. i've been here for almost an hour. my patience is wearing very thin. i'm thinking of all of the scalpers who will pay $60 for a ticket and resell it for $120 or more. me, i'll keep the ticket and go to the show. maybe. or sell it for face value.

please let me in, lolla. please.

with these tickets being more than half of the regular cost, they're easily unloadable if the lineup doesn't satiate you.

only 3000 tickets were available. the event is far from sold out. the cheap tickets are sold out.

seriously, today has been exhausting. i had my one year review (even though i've been here for 15 months), fucking sat at my computer for over an hour refreshing a page when i could've been doing more important things, DIDN'T get lolla tickets, have been eating like a horse due to increased exercise (well hello, firm thighs) as of late, and am just generally out of it. i need a massage and a nap.

i just got a ticket - wouldn't let me get two. despite all of the problems with front gate's online ticketing, it seems they're sniffing out scalpers pretty well. this is why so many tickets have been newly available hours after it first sold out.
