Just convinced my seriously trashed roomate that his bed would be a better place to sleep then my friends couch...which he was passed out on, and looking thoroughly satisfied with his state. A little pressure from our mutal friend, and we made the massive trek down a flight of stairs...

His drunken ass owes me tomorrow...I expect alcoholic payment for this service...

I only went out for a little while last night but I still managed to tie one on. That taco bell @ midnight doesn't seem as good of an idea as it did last night.

Just realized the coke machine at work has gatorade in it. Super clutch for impending hangover.

Yea, I had one of those this morning. Though ours doesn't have Gatorade in the vending machine - that really is super clutch.

That's the extent of my roommate situation.

My roommate's been surprisingly pleasant this week. Although he did admit to rummaging through my room in search of a Hold Steady cd (I do not own a Hold Steady cd) and found porn instead. When I got home last night, he was downloading the porn to his computer. I think that's a little odd.

well, what makes that somewhat unsettling is that his computer is in the living room. that's what you get what for leaving pornography out.

The stack was under some bills. I don't know where to keep it and I didn't think that he'd be in my room at all.

I need a name for the blog, damn it, so I can start posting what I've written. Help me out here.

eh, I stayed in, I have a short day at work today thanks to some extra work I pulled in this week, so I'm gonna tear it up tonight instead.

woah...this thread took off in the 2 hours i just spent in organic chemistry.

Someone just showed up to return his cellphone...i his defense, he's a light weight of the first degree...so three beers and he's pretty much gone, which makes it really fun to drink with him.

What always irritated but sometimes amused me in a clinical way were the roommates who thought they could do secret things -- you know drugs, porn, theft, odd behavior, lying, etc -- and I wouldn't notice. You live in a cheap apartment with someone, you've got to be a bit dense to not notice things.

I'm an observer anyway, but it always annoyed when a roommate would do something like claim they had no money for rent when I could smell pot coming out of his room and when the price tag for the new video games was sticking out of the garbage can.

I have three. They are all great.

- Senor Six is one of them...= all stars (of course)
- The other is an old friend = totally wicked
- The third is a good friend too but, man... he's driving me crazy lately!

He has started (not so) secretly smoking in his room (the rest of us are: an ex-smoker, an asthmatic, and an ex-smoker-asthmatic). He knows it results in me having asthma attacks, yet still does it.
He also butts out his cigs in our drinking glasses and then lets them sit in his room for weeks. He currently has 7 glasses in there.

Not to mention that he doesn't do dishes and never ever ever buys any of the "consumables" (soap, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc.). The rest of us just have to do it. This week we went "on strike" with buying toilet paper. We hid some for ourselves and waited. It took 5 days for him to clue in a buy some.

The worst thing about it is that I consider him a very good friend of mine and hate to be on bad terms or pissed off at him... but I mean SERIOUSLY.

Totally. That's the most frustrating thing about it.
The dude smoked once in his room and I had to go it there to restart our router and saw the glasses of cigs. I spoke to him about it and he said it wouldn't happen again.

As if I can't notice cig smoke filling up our hallway.

Sometimes it's annoying being an "observer". I frickin' notice everything whether I like it or not. Drives other people crazy, I'm sure.

I sleep with a fan in front of my door. If he opens it while I'm in there, the thing will fall over and a good old fashioned ass-whuppin' will occur.

He's also "borrowed" some of my erotic fiction books. The trick is that he walks in while I'm at the computer and while I'm talking or he's talking, he's snooping through my things, looking at my books, etc. He then wonders why I spend next to no time at home.

And by, "borrowed" squirggle means, he put em in the freezer and licks them as his "Red Pops"
