...what's it mean if there's weird, gooey stuff under your eylids and your vision is blurry? That's never happened to me before. Doesn't look like pink eye. Should I be worried?

It doesn't sound like a happy circumstance, at any rate. OTOH, you've mentioned that the weather might not be conducive to running off to the emergency room for anything unlikely to kill or blind you. Are you feverish? Are you allowed soothing hot whiskey if it's medicinal? Poor spoon.

its probably mucous; i am neither a doctor nor do i play one on allegedly music oriented message boards, but I have had that mucous-y liquid coming out of my eyes before when I'm sick; it dries up in your lashes when you sleep and makes it difficult to open your eyes in the morning; not good but nothing to be too concerned about Frosty; get some rest and stay warm up there buddy....

Edit: might I also recommend the generous usage of hot water, both to wash that shit out and to loosen up your eyelases in the am.

It means you're full. Of snot. At least, that's what it means in my case. Your nasal passages are connected to your eyeballs (did you know that?), so really, it means your cup runneth over.

Try blowing your nose.

Also, if it's clotty, you could be developing a sinus infection -- go see a doctor for some antibiotics, before it progresses to your inner ear, causes you to go dizzy at an inopportune moment and go tumbling down the stairs or crash your car.
