I bought the latest issue (gesundheit!) of Spin, partially because it has an article on The Killers (and also Bright Eyes), and partially because it had a free CD. I could see the front of the CD cover thru the plastic, and it says white magic american analog set songs of hurt and healing. I didn't know wtf it was, so I picked it up. I'm playing the disc now, and the first 3 songs are by a band called American Analog Set (sounds like a poor man's mellower Keane) and the second 3 are by White Magic (Ravi Shankar? Enya?
). You look at the back, and in large letters, it says
