I can't get enough of the Fake Problems. I've probably listened to their EP more than anything else this year. I love it. I think the new album drops in April.

I saw Bort had their song Motion of the Ocean on his mix.

Who do they sound like? I found this on my hard drive last night but didn't put it on my iPod yet.

It's kind of a brash countryish punk sound.

I the album advance I heard didn't really stick. May need to revisit.

I was kind of wondering if they'd keep the energy up for the debut and sustain it for a full album.

Yeah, you sent me this...but weren't completely sold on it at the time. It came on randomly this morning (coincidentally) -- I LIKE! As with The Broken West, nothing ground breaking, but quite enjoyable, and both are perfect for the fine weather we are having here these days. I need to burn some discs of this stuff for the truckster.

Sounds like these guys could be right up my alley, but I think the lead singer's voice is just too grating in the long run. Not so much on "Motion of the Ocean," though.

Hmmm... we book Riverboat Gamblers. Didn't know they were on the tour. I dig the music/hate the dudes voice. I turned it off after 30 seconds.
