Just saw this on the front page of Amazon while searching for the Tom Goes to the Mayor DVD. I've got no reason whatsoever for posting this, other than "panty dust" cracking me up for the past 10 minutes.

it's kinda hard to explain. I'm sure there're clips on the adult swim site. 2 guys and a recurring sketch, lots of comedians thrown in there. They're from philly and most likely completely batshit.
