can't believe I didn't know about this sooner, but my friend just gave me two tickets to see a private spoon show in atlanta next sunday!

can I get a hell yeah

So that means next week I will be seeing:
The Arcade Fire w/The National
Modest Mouse
and SPOON!!!

I'm sorry, I'm just really very excited

Spoon is such an underwhelming live act. I saw them for the 4th or 5th time a few weeks ago at a private show for Jack Daniels Studio 7 series here in Nashville. I really like the band, but they've just never done anything for me in a live setting. The show is adequate.

Regardless, that's cool that you get to see the show. Have fun.

yeah, this will be spoon show 10-15 or so...I think they're great live, though I have seen a few bad shows.

Saw them on Sunday night. I enjoyed their show, but their songs sounded pretty much the same live as they did on the cd.

color me insanely jealous, Modest Mouse is coming to my area next week but I waited to long to get my ticket, It's so fucking frustrating
