If you watch it with the commentary on, Crispin Glover tries to read all this deep meaning into it & Herzog just shoots his ideas down one after another. It's gold :lol:

The cops clips was good. How belittling (no pun intended) for the cop to be like, I know this place downtown that employs little people to do circus tricks. Ha.

Like, you'd never hear a cop say to a fat person, yeah I know this all-you-can-eat place that would love to have you be a food tester or some shit.

Except that the guy was trying to make a living performing for money. I think that was the best policing you could ask for.
