i'm mainly laughing at what i think ticket prices in new york are going to be like. probably aroudn $35 to see what is at best an average band that peaked five years ago

35 bucks round these parts is to see a shitty aussie band, and our dollar is nearly the same as yours these days.

Fuck concert prices are overblown...

i can say that some of the shows i have seen them put on were among my tops ever. they used to put on a fucking hell of a show. i'm not sure how this translates at giant stadium type venues, but i would imagine that a lot is lost in translation. see them at the troub and tell me they are dull...no way.

baritones never sound good live. Voice either gets lost under everything else, or sound guy over compensates and turns everything else down too low.
