I think the problem with hot dogs in NZ is that you're trying to use actual meat instead of skin grafts from Guantanamo detainees and old boots.

think of a hot dog without the casing and blended with corn meal, pretty much. a Philly specialty, I guess, as I've never seen out outside of this area.
