with football coming to close, I have a hankering for fantasy baseball. We definitely need to debate the rules and such, otherwise OPA will have the team with the least passed balls getting mucho points.

i agree that we should discuss it before the league goes into effect. i like that OPA arranges it and i've enjoyed being in it the last few years, but would like to have a little input. i can't imagine i'm alone.

I think it's a double entendre. It means OPA is both too meticulous in his role as commissioner, and outside of that, gay.

Least passed balls? Get it? A-ha-ha.
