Saw the video for this on fuse yesterday. Wonderful. I really, really tried with De-Loused... but it always sounded pretentious and a bit of a wankfest. This song blew me away. I certainly hope it's indicative of Frances the Mute as a whole. If this album has been discussed previously, I'm sorry, the disappointment brought by the other album made me unable to open those threads. So, anyone heard all of this? When's it out?

"widow" sounds as pretentious (and good) as anything on "deloused". but i heard this is one of the more "tame" songs on their new album in the sense that the rest veers a bit more "prog-rock"

I'm afraid that this is the "Radio Song".

If wankery is what you dislike, Frances the Mute - may not be your cup of tea, for there is an abundance.

This is the only song on the album that runs less than 10 min.
They cut about 2-3 min. of static off of the front & back end of it for the "radio edit".
Staind just called - they want their schtick back.
