Is this electronic act worth looking into? I know they're nothing new, but I've always ignored checking out their shit. They're headlining a show in Chicago where I want to go for someone else on the bill and was just curious. Thanks!

They really never did it for me.

Never really lived up to the hype

I liked their first album but the 2nd one wasn't that great though I think it got decent reviews.

What I've heard, I liked. Very retro electroclash if you're into that kind of stuff which I am. They're on my most recent mix.

If I had the opportunity, I'd go see them live.

they are so boring live! (or maybe i just saw a very off-night.) the guy just stood there programming or sometimes playing guitar. and the girl looked like she'd rather be anywhere else. it was just through the motions, but i would be interested to hear if anyone's had a better experience.

I dig 'em. Very "sprockets". And they were fun live. The girl had a subdued sarcastic sense of humour.

BTW, they only really have two albums.

Thanks for the input! I'll have to look into those two albums. That's what scares me about electronic acts is the fact there is just a guy behind a laptop. In a live setting to me, that's just pretty lame.
