I would love to have a job where i could feasibly listen to more than one album a day.

The Clash

Just a fantastic album. Whenever I play it, I remember why I like it so damn much. Bartender last weekend played it straight through and it's been stuck in my head since. While it's not as all over the place as later Clash releases, there is still a lot going on from straight up garagey punk songs to reggae tunes, all played with energy and passion. An all time favorite for sure.

i just got this and listened to it last night for the first time. it sounds good, it does... although it seems a bit too... too... luded out, maybe. no blistering, cranky, crunchy scorchers to be found.

maybe the last few songs were. i didn't get to em.

I played that Generation X album last night too after seeing 'em mentioned here. I still need to find my copy of their debut...gotta be around somewhere.
