I just found some vinyl rips of these two albums, and am pretty damn excited, having only heard what was on Duane Allman's Anthology II. Considering who plays on these records I'm assuming that no good can come of the rest of today. Anyone interested in checking them out, let me know.

I could stand some of that, too. Somewhere in the dim past (around '69/'70, I'm guessing), I had an 8 track (yeh, yeh, I know) of the Best Of Ronnie Hawkins.

Is this inspired by the special on him on tv tonight?

I just saw the listing while browsing through the guide. Featuring Jeff Healey and some others.

This is really amazing.
I'm in debt to you for putting this up. I can't believe I hadn't heard of this beforehand.
This is the sort of stuff my parents liked that I now truly appreciate.
