I saw the video on MTVU, it's a chick singing by herself over basically a piano with some delicate flourishes of strings and pleasant noises.

The main memorable lyrical part is "It's contagious, It's contay juh hus." That spacing is to indicate that she takes some little vocal pauses a la voice breaking in between those syllables.

The video is her in a room by herself in this funky blue dress-suit thing she has brown fairly short hair and things in the room (like maps) keep getting examined by her and then folding up and disappearing.

Those fuckers messed up on their song captioning and labelled it Phoenix's "Run Run Run", which it definitely was not. Then they played the Zubats or some shit.

that album has been strange with me. sometimes i can't get it out of my head, but then she starts whispering to herself and it freaks me the fuck out. Still i thought her song with the strokes was the best thing they've done since the EP

holy crap.....i cant believe i forgot about this album.....i bought it on an alcohol induced music buying spree, filed it and forgot about it.....

(the album comes in a cardboard slipcase and was nestled between 'spearhead' and john spencer blues explosion'....)

at least i have some new music to listen to today
