Considering how ridiculous society is today regarding sexual matters and teachers and kids, I'm really, really surprised she didn't get fired regardless of intentions. While my general inclination is that she shouldn't be fired, it would be really, really awkward to have to go in and teach those same students who saw that... or to be a student who saw that so that every time they looked at her they had those images in their mind. I think, if i was her (thank god I'm not), I'd thank the school for not firing me... then step down and move far, far away.

Previously, a geography (?) teacher at a Florida middle-school got canned for being a member (in her off-hours) of the U.S.A. Bikini Team. Nobody at the school knew this, never revealed it to staff/students on-campus or off -- really, she was the anti-Debra La Favre -- but it still got out. & in the wake of actual student-teaching sex, she was gone.

Parlayed it into a Playboy pictorial, additional modelling for Playboy's catalog issues, & while she'll never make Playmate -- too late a start to the starkers picture game -- I could see her as a Penthouse Pet, maybe, & a model for adult conventions, definitely.
