bizarre/funny story....

Nicko McBrain (IM drummer) lives in Boca Raton with his very hot wife.

last week a buddy of mine was in a local Boca bar with friends. this hot woman (Nicko's wife) was there, alone, being a MILF while Iron Maiden were in South America. they got to talking to her for an hour or so, and she then said "so, are you guys going to party or something after this (meaning get coke, hang out all night).

they did not.

These guys did not let me down last night. What a fucking SHOW! They played the hell out of all the older stuff, and the stage set up was from the Powerslave tour. By far the best that I've seen them ever. Bruce was running around like he was 12 years old. Hard to believe he 50. They are tighter than they've ever been as a band as well.

They make most bands look like lame ducks on stage.

no cameras allowed, so only took short vids on my phone :-(

it really was a blast dude. it was funny, sitting next to a guy that's a 42 yr old lawyer, with 2 kids, all sporting Maiden shirts, throwing goat and totally having it.
