The Byrds - Live At Fillmore 1969

I think I actually prefer the live versions of the 'Sweetheart' era tracks. Clarence White's country guitar playing is great.

Bonnie Prince Billy - The Letting Go

Cos I was looking for something to put on, saw this, and released I can't remember a god damn thing about it.

Broken Family Band - Hello Love

I prefer 'mid period' BFB and generally pull out 'Cold Water Songs' or 'Welcome Home, Loser' but I thought I'd listen to the slightly neglected newer material, hence this, their last LP.

The Clientele - The Violet Hour

'Lamplight' came up on my mp3 player today so it was in mind. Great late night album

I just finished playing this and it's going right back on. Immediate Top 5 album.

Way too country for me. I really didn't expect it to be quite so deep in the goat ropin'.

I am in the Machine's camp here.
