My annual weekend fest is almost down a few more blocks and then right around the corner! woohoo! here are just a few of the bands i'll be rocking to!

Toys That Kill are turning into a (punk) festival band. I'm considering the Windy City Soundclash in Chicago in May with a similar lineup. Not sure if I'll be able to afford it, though.

i think it's 50 bucks a two-day ticket.

the pre-show on thursday is usually 10 or 12 bucks.

Dead Mllkmen are playing this show, and a few others but i don't feel like going back and editing the list.

I think it looks like a fun show. I know a few people who went out for it last year. Not enough going on to make me travel across half the country, but I'm not a big festival guy anyway. I have find memories of seeing the Dead Milkmen many moons ago. Aren't they at -1 for a suicide though?

Yeah. Dave Blood checked out a few years ago. One of my favorite live bands back in the day as well.

yeah it'll be fun. i'm not much of a fest goer either but i've got friends in NYC and Baltimore and Ohio and Cali and the NW and all over coming together for this. to quote Clerks - It's the social event of the season.
