The new Easy Star All-Stars album, Easy Star's Lonely Hearts Dub Band, will be available as a download for only $1.99 for one day only, this Saturday, May 23, at Amazon.com's Daily Deal. If you've been holding off on picking up this record, now you have no excuse but to get it on Saturday. Which is perfect timing, considering that this weekend marks the official start to summer and this album is the official album of the summer.

Don't forget that the Lonely Hearts World Tour keeps rolling on. Tonight the band is in New York at BB King's. Check the website or myspace page for the latest schedule updates.

This is a reggae-fied disc of Sgt. Pepper's LHCB covers. It's not worth what I paid for it, but it is worth $2, in my opinion.

I really like their "Dub Side of the Moon" album. Not sure I can picture them doing Sgt. Pepper though.
