Anyone have any of their albums? Or opinions about this band? I d/l'ed Halcyon(beautiful days) from the pitchfork website and dig it immesely.

I own One Step More and You Die and I like it quite a bit. I think I am becoming a bigger Explosions in the Sky fan as of late - but perhaps that's because I haven't heard OSMaYD in a while. I believe I d'led my copy off of emusic a while ago - not sure if they still have it there or not.

tommy/marianfudge/mfd posted on their latest one walking cloud & deep red sky flag fluttered & sun shined a little while ago. i have that and their last one one step more & you die, and i really like both of them. their not doing anything mogwai or godspeed hasn't done already, but i can't get enough of that stuff anyways. the new one is the better of the two, and a bit more "pretty" i guess? i definitely recommend both if you likes the post-rock rock.

From the above recommendations, this sounds like something I'd like. Thanks!

Yea, basically what e-stone said. I posted on the other board that I was digging the newest one immensely. Beautiful orchestral post-rock. I find this type of music great for autumn listening, personally.
