if it leads to them to doing an overhaul to their live show - which save for a few tweaks has been EXACTLY THE SAME since 2003 - then I guess I'm on board. But I'm not holding my breath that it'll be be in any way great.

That said, Wayne Coyne has a lock on the top 5 coolest, fun to interview rock stars out there.

Gawd, no shit!! I was just complaining about this over the weekend. I haven't seen them since 2004 because of this. I think I saw the exact same show 3 times in one year.

I'm sure most people will hate the new record since it's a free-for-all. I'm sure it'll have some throwaways and some good stuff like all Lips records except for my precious Soft Bulletin.
