If you could trade the Redsox World Series Win for A Kerry Presidency would you?

As a Yankees fan who voted libertarian but slightly prefers Bush to Kerry, I'd gladly trade Bush's win for a Yankees win over the Redsox & Cardinals.

Kerry Presidency over Red Sox WS win. but, i'm not "from here, from here" as the masses have been quick to point out, so i really can't say.

I'm in the same boat as KPH. I only have a little over 2 years under my belt in this fine state. While a Red Sox win was incredibly fun to watch, I think I would choose the betterment of the country in which I live.

I've been here nine years but I'm still not a Red Sox fan, so my choice is obvious.

no one dies when the red sox lose
(insert joke about unruly fans, blah blah but you know what I mean)

Kerry winning is infinitely more important. I thought the sox winning would lessen the blow of his loss, but really, it doesn't help at all.

i would send the red sox and yankees teams to a small village in madagascar to play out their maddening rivalry forever if it guaranteed a hilary clinton presidency in 2008.
