This is the first round of the tournament stage. Please vote for the album that you feel should move on to the second round.

To encourage as many votes as possible, the deadline to vote will be Monday at 2:00PM Eastern.

I don't like EC, and I've never been much of a fan of Tonight's the Night. HOWEVER, after you ABORTIONS* voted against ZUMA there is no other choice but Neil.

Tonight is the Night is my favorite NY album. I like EC but I've never been all that hardcore about it. So NY.

EC by a hair. I don't care much who wins though. I'd like something by NY to make the next round. Is this the last one by him with a chance?

Yeah, I don't think 'Goldrush' or 'Angels' made it through.

I could've gone either way, but I picked Neil because that's what I'm in the mood for at the moment.

ahahaha

Oh man, I read this just after voting for EC here.

My Aim Is True is probably my 2nd favorite EC album while TTN is maybe my 5th or 6th favorite NY. I dunno. Neither of these guys is gonna make it into the finals from the looks of things.

Since when did having a great voice become a pre-requisite for being a great artist? Dude, you're on a roll right now.

Costello is one of the most diverse artists ever IMO. He's done so many things and done them well.

i'm not saying that he has to have a great voice, i'm saying that the voice he has, sucks.

Kurt Cobain has a pretty crap voice, but i like it.

Elvis has a fantastic voice for some things, and terrible for others. His voice is perfect for My Aim Is True.

I dig EC, but being it's part of the doom-trilogy, Neil wins this one.
