i could see that. i think it is totally a mood record and it totally got me one night on headphones when i couldn't sleep. give it a few more tries before you give up!

i saw st. vincent on letterman the other night, and was simultaneously intrigued and repulsed (musically speaking - she's cute from a mere visual perspective)
