This is the quarterfinals round of the tournament stage. Please vote for the album that you feel should move on to the Final Four.

To encourage as many votes as possible, the deadline to vote will be Monday at 1:00PM Eastern.

Pretty sure this'll go to Revolver but I prefer the sprawling mess and sonic infighting of the white album.

Revolver because it's less arty and no raccon songs. Although it hasn't incited mass murder, that's a definite strike.

Steven Parent we hardly knew yee.

White album for me. I too prefer the mess to that particular earler album.

Yeah, White. I am fascinated by zeitgeist and taste; personal responses and life experience; the mutability of art chronologically... as opposed to the artifice of eternity. I've written about this on Obner lots. 10-15 years ago I thought Revolver was top five albums of all time... the Beatles best for sure. I thought White Album was bloated, dinosaurish. Now Revolver sounds a little facile to me, and WA sounds like hard-won pleasure. Drowsy hey ya.

Surprised that's your pick even if it is the right choice.

Also, "Cry Baby Cry" is better than anything on Revolver

Pretty indifferent to both choices, but I'll take Revolver over the White Album. No particular reason other than the lesser of two evils.

I think this is so close, mostly because of the burnout factor. White Album simply has more music to offer, and has been less touted (and, therefore, more-likely less overplayed) recently than Revolver.

If anything, that will allow White Album to eke this one out.
Despite the fact that Revolver is just a more-solid album front-to-back.
